ESPEN LLL Nutrition Courses
LLL (Life Long Learning) Programme in Nutrition and Metabolism is a global effort of ESPEN (The European Society for Clinical Nutrition & Metabolism) and supported by the EU to provide post-graduate certification in Clinical Nutrition and thus to improve daily practice. The program was developed by ESPEN and a number of European Universities and is continuously maintained by ESPEN. The entire course consists of 40 different topics and 120 modules. The live courses are a component of the LLL program and are complemented by numerous modules that can be completed on-line. Two of the topics as part of the ESPEN LLL will be presented by international speakers, Prof Rémy Meier and Prof Mette Berger at this year’s Critical Care Congress.

Any HCP with an interest in nutrition or hoping to add to their nutritional knowledge

Beyond BASIC Mechanical Ventilation Workshop – Full Day

The course is designed to provide critical care clinicians with the essential skills to mechanically ventilate critically ill patients with diverse pathologies. It also provides a problem solving approach to the assessment and management of ventilated patients with common respiratory conditions.

Ultrasound Workshop: Cardio-Respiratory Ultrasound Experience (CRUSE) – Full Day

An interactive, practical workshop teaching basic sonography techniques, bedside echocardiography, lung ultrasound and clinical integration of these ultrasound applications

ECG Workshop: Interpretation of emergency EKGs – Full Day
